Hi, my name is Amanda I am a mental health professional (LPC) currently working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health (LPCMH-Supervisee). My motto is "You don't know what you don't know." In addition to my current work, I am pursuing certification through the American Association of Sexual Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I am extremely passionate about fostering positive sexual health and sex education. I specialize in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including sex therapy, trauma recovery, and healthy relationship building. I find particular fulfillment in working with neurodivergent clients, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those in crisis. I would also like to introduce Shelyssa. She is a pre-licensed therapist working on her LPC. She has experience supporting those healing from domestic violence, sexual assault, and toxic relationships, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals. Thank you for being inquisitive about your mental health options.
